Having extensive product and commerce knowledge, Elite’s Marketing team tracks the latest industry trends, new product development, and crucial news updates. Providing helpful sales tools, marketing pieces, and promotional concepts, the Marketing team is critical to our Member’s success. Both the Marketing and Operations divisions continuously track the success of products and promotions to determine an overall organizational plan to strategically achieve profitability.

Elite’s Customer Service team is superior in providing friendly, clear, and concise service with unparalleled product knowledge. From enrolling new Members to taking orders, explaining the marketing plan, coordinating time-sensitive mailings, handling product replacements, and many other responsibilities, Elite Customer Service representatives are well-prepared and eager to assist.

Harish Amin is in charge of the day to day operations in the UK office. He answers customer service queries in a timely manner, processes all mail and fax orders and assists with marketing mailings. Harish is responsible for ensuring all account information is accurate and up to date.
